With a lot of ground to cover again this week I met up with Steve Barme, a regular contributor to Go! Go! Omiya Ardija and otherwise known as AgentOrange2009 on twitter, to talk Olympics, J1 and J2.
This podcast runs a tick over 48 minutes in two parts:
Part 1 - Olympics: We began with the Nadeshiko and moved onto the Under 23s, reviewing their final group games and quarter finals before looking ahead to the semi finals. (to 17:34)
Part 2 - J.League: With Steve's Omiya having slipped into the relegation zone we began our J1 wrap with a detailed look at the battle to beat the drop (to around 29:45) before moving on to the teams at the top in a full rundown of the top flight matchday (to 44:06). We finished up with a few minutes on J2.
