The J-Talk Podcast - J1 Matchday 5

Apologies for posting this so late in the week, but personal issues meant I was unable to record with Sean Carroll on Sunday night as scheduled. The situation has improved slightly in the past couple of days though, so I present this, the first ever (and hopefully the last) solo episode of J-Talk.

After recapping a busy midweek of A.C.L. and Nabisco Cup play, I run through all of the results from J1 Matchday 5, including the draw in the clash of the top two at Sendai, Urawa's controversial win over Kashima, and the latest chapter in Gamba Osaka's season from hell.

I wrap things up with a J2 review and a brief look ahead to J1 Matchday 6, with the pick of the fixtures undoubtedly the Shizuoka derby between Shimizu and Iwata.
